nike lebron 14 We’ve seen two exclusive Nike LeBron 15 colorways, the LeBron Soldier 12, as well as the recent, released Nike Air Zoom Generation all as a nod to LeBron James’ former high school team St. Vincent St. Mary.

nike lebron james jersey Did LeBron James forge his own destiny for basketball greatness when he walked into a tattoo parlor at age 16? That’s what Nike seems to be hinting at in this epic new commercial.

nike lebron xiv Wednesday, on the eve of the 2018 NBA Finals between James’ Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors, Nike dropped a powerful new spot re-creating the story of the young basketball phenom getting his infamous “Chosen 1” back tattoo.

basketball shoes The commercial depicts a young man obscured from the shot walking into a tattoo parlor to request a design he had sketched on a piece of paper. The artist seems skeptical about the choice of the customer, who is then revealed to be a teenage LeBron James — with the help of some convincing CGI. His tattoo request: “Chosen 1.”

nike lebron 15 shoes Nike reveals the spot’s underlying message in its tweet debuting the piece: “It’s one thing to put words on your back. It’s another to live up to them.” Even though the young James had been featured on the cover of a 2002 issue of Sports Illustrated with the headline “The Chosen One,” it was still a bold move for a 16-year-old to get the phrase emblazoned across his back. With James making a case for himself more and more as the greatest basketball player of all time, the tattoo that many basketball fans once viewed as arrogant and egotistical now looks prophetic.

In less than 24 hours, the poignant video had already racked up over 3 million views on YouTube. It may go down as one of Nike’s all-time great commercials.

Fans of basketball superstar LeBron James will have the shot to buy a pair of his classic playoff kicks as the 2018 NBA Finals begin.

nike lebron 11 Arriving on Thursday is the Nike LeBron Soldier 1 “25 Straight” from the brand’s “Art of a Champion” collection. The sneaker will retail for $150 and will be sold via Nike’s SNKRS app starting at 10 a.m. ET.

A longtime member of Team LeBron, future Hall of Famer Diana Taurasi enters her 14th WNBA season with exclusive colorways of the Nike LeBron 15.

nike lebron soldier 11 Taurasi’s Mercury-themed ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ pairs are grey and black-based, respectively. Each features orange and purple accents and a speckled midsole, with no other personal details evident in these on-foot photos.

Teammate Marie Gulich has also been lacing up Phoenix-flavored LeBron 15s this season.

LeBron James might just be Nike’s most valuable athlete right now but it seems there are some things even Nike can’t get King James.

nike lebron 15 low The Cleveland Cavaliers superstar was recently spotted wearing Chinatown Market’s Bootleg Swoosh 1970’s, a sneaker modeled after a pair of Chuck Taylors but featuring a hand-painted Swoosh on one side and the brand’s smily face logo on the other.

Chinatown Market confirmed that the pair James was seen in prior to Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Golden State Warriors was a special edition 1-of-1 size 15.

nike lebron 14 low The sneaker is currently not available on Chinatown Market’s webstore but, with a co-sign from King James, there are sure to be a fair few that would be interested in scooping up a pair too.

nike kyrie 4 LeBron James is hands-down the most anticipated player of all time to come into the league. In the midst of a high school basketball career that was nationally televised during his senior year, Nike executives wrapped him up in the middle of that season with a 7-year, $90 million deal that Adidas tried to low-ball him.

nike lebron soldier LeBron had worn Adidas sneakers all through his reign of terror on the Ohio basketball scenario at St. Vincent-St. Mary’s High School. Adidas’s executives changed their offer from $100 million to $70 million at the last minute, allowing Nike to swoop in with a $90 million offer that would otherwise not have been made.

nike lebron james This signing enabled Nike to maintain its competitive edge over rivals in the sneaker market and add another truly global basketball superstar to its ranks. Barring the Air Jordans, the LeBron’s have been Nike’s biggest sneaker cash cows, helping them accumulate billions of dollars in sales over the years.

Let’s take a look back at each custom sneaker Nike has released for LeBron over the past 15 years:

#1 Nike Air Zoom Generation – 2003/04 seasonCavs v 76ers

The Nike Air Zoom Generation, also known as just the Nike LeBron 1s

nike shoes Designer Eric Avar drew the inspiration for the shape and the cut of the shoe from James’ famous Hummer H2. The wide base and body of the shoe have been ever-present on every LeBron sneaker released ever since. The upper is composed of nylon and leather, while the shoe used the Nike Air Zoom system – a feature of the first six LeBron signature shoes.

nike lebron 15s These sneakers came in both home/away color schemes. Nike released the Air Zoom Generations in the white/red-blue, as well as black/white-red colorway for away games. They also released a Christmas edition, all-white with a patterned body.

nike lebron soldier 11 With a 51-point outing in Game 1 of the 2018 NBA Finals, it’s clear that LeBron James isn’t giving up on his Cleveland Cavaliers, but that isn’t stopping media from speculating about his free agency decision this summer.

nike lebron 11 Rumored landing spots include Houston, Philadelphia and Los Angeles, but former teammate believes a team that nobody is talking about has a shot—the Portland Trail Blazers. Richard Jefferson made the claim on a recent episode of ESPN’s Jalen & Jacoby, citing James’ strong relationship with Nike and its co-founder Phil Knight as his reasoning.

nike lebron xiv “Obviously LeBron has a connection to Oregon because of his relationship with Nike,” Jefferson explains to Joe Jacoby. “Phil Knight being a really big LeBron fan, I think wants to get him up there. I mean, they could build a whole new campus up there. Portland has now entered into the unfounded, irresponsible speculation of free agency around LeBron.”

Jefferson is quick to point out that he has no real knowledge of James’ thought process going into free agency and is only throwing his own speculation into the mix.

nike lebron 15 As things currently stand, Portland will have the NBA’s eighth highest payroll next season, so significant moves would need to be made to shed enough salary to build an instant contender. When asked if Blazers All-Star guard Damian Lillard is appreciated enough ahead of a game back in March, James said, “Give me Damian Lillard. I’ll show you how appreciated he’ll be.”

nike lebrons 15 Sure, showing off a new collection during Fashion Week is nice. But not even the finest runway in Paris compares to the in-arena tunnel that runs from the garage to the locker room, trod by some of the most stylish humans on earth before an NBA game. So when it came time for LeBron James to tease the release of a collaborative LeBron–NikeLab–John Elliott collection, there was no better way to do it: before Monday night’s pivotal Eastern Conference Finals between the Cavs and the Celtics, and on the feet of the King himself.

nike vapormax And yet, Elliott says by phone from Los Angeles, the moment freaked him out a little bit. “I’ve been through six runway shows now. I’ve launched women’s. There have been moments throughout the past six years where I’m like, I cannot believe I’m in this moment,” he says. “Yesterday was at the very top of those lists, as far as butterflies go.”

nike lebron 15 low Turns out he didn’t have much reason to worry. At least one part of the collection—a shoe, the LeBron James x John Elliott Icon—was an immediate hit on social media, its translucent upper and LeBron 8–inspired tooling causing the best kind of online ruckus. But while the sneaker was the hit, the collection, releasing in August, is bigger than that, and just as long in the making, Elliott says. He’s released his own Nike before (the Vandal) and even given his own spin on a LeBron shoe, but this was something bigger: a chance to work with LeBron himself on a full seven-piece set, one whole look. “There’s no chance that it would have happened if LeBron was not pretty involved with the process—trusting me and trusting our brand, and giving us the freedom to throw ideas against the wall and really come up with something brand new for him,” Elliott says. “That was really the prerequisite for the whole project: He wanted something that was really new.”

nike curry 4 The match makes sense; James has been a longtime fan of Elliott’s gear, wearing plenty of it pregame, and Elliott sounds almost flabbergasted when he describes the best basketball player alive as a friend. So, along with the folks at NikeLab, the Swoosh’s fashion-inclined division, Elliott set about designing an outfit for his buddy: “Something that LeBron could wear after training, on his way into the arena, on the plane, to a club, to a restaurant,” Elliott explains. “I really tried to take a look in the mirror and think about what problems our brand has solved for him, and to take parts of that DNA but build it through the Nike lens, for him.” The result: that sneaker; a sock custom-designed to show through the shoe’s translucent upper (”That’s the other thing that most people I don’t think have recognized yet, is that in all those photos of the shoe that came out, the zigzag pattern on the toebox is actually the sock”); a pair of track pants; a JE-inspired tee LeBron loves, a hoodie, and a slightly more fashion-y jacket Elliott describes as a “blouson.”

nike lebron soldier 11 John Elliott has had a number of high-profile Nike collaborations, and last night, the world got its first look at his biggest yet. The designer is teaming up with the King himself, LeBron James, for an all-new Nike LeBron sneaker model this summer.

lebron 15 nike James debuted the never-before-seen shoes Monday night by wearing a pair to his home arena before Game 4 of the Cleveland Cavs versus Boston Celtics Eastern Conference Finals series. Almost simultaneously, Elliott’s Instagram account teased a look at the premium sneaker.

lebron james nike shoes It’s been over a month since the Nike LeBron 15 Low came out with a new colorway. Now, the silhouette has surfaced in a new “Team Red” version commemorating King James’s home team.

nike uptempo Featuring the Cleveland Cavaliers’ signature red hue with grey accents along with a Battleknit upper, the shoe sports tonal hits on the laces, lining, branding and pull tabs and is finished by a speckled white midsole.

nike lebron shoes The Nike LeBron 15 Low “Team Red” retails for $150 USD and drops June 1 at select Nike stores and online. In other Nike news, here’s a first look at the super rare Nike Epic React Flyknit “Belgium” colorway.

nike zoom Looks like famed fashion designer John Elliott and sportswear icon LeBron James have a collaborative Nike sneaker range in the works. Just a few hours ago, Elliott teased the never-before-seen Nike silhouette on his personal Instagram account which takes on an all-white colorway and features a co-branded LeBron James x John Elliott logo on the insole along with a debossed Nike logo on the tongue. Translucent striped details further aid in the shoe’s minimilistic appeal.

nike lebron 15 ashes Now confirmed as the John Elliott x Nike LeBron Icon, King James took to tonight’s Game 4 against the Boston Celtics rocking a similar pair upon his arrival to the arena. Unlike the all-white model that was showcased in Elliott’s IG post, the pair James wore features black horizontal stripes along the heel, mudguard and outer toe box. Translucent stripes also appear on this pair along with a small black Nike Swoosh placed on the toe box, and a full-length Air Max midsole and outsole — a direct reference to the LeBron 8.

nike hyperdunk 2017 So far no further details have surfaced, but the John Elliott x Nike LeBron Icon is expected to drop this summer as part of a larger John Elliott x Nike LeBron collection. Keep it locked here for details.

The legacy of the Nike LeBron 15 may end up being the exclusive colorways not made available to the public.

nike lebron basketball Recently, LeBron James hooked his alma mater, Akron’s St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, up with custom make-ups his latest signature sneaker. A tradition since the first model, ‘Home’ and ‘Away’ versions of the LeBron 15 sport the Irish’s green, gold and white scheme, along with logo embroidery on the lateral heel.

nike lebron soldier 10 flyease These pairs will likely remain exclusive to James and the hoop team for the time being, but you can add some “SVSM” flavor to your rotation with the school-inspired LeBron Soldier 12 available now. The long-coveted “SVSM” Nike Air Zoom Generation is also making its retail debut this month.

lebron 15 nike Who was so deserving of the royal treatment? An 18-year-old from Akron, Ohio, named LeBron James, whose skill in the game of basketball made his decision to skip college and jump straight to the NBA far too easy. He’d been dubbed “The Chosen One,” and folks were salivating at the best player to grace the hardwood since Michael Jordan.

nike lebron 15 release date His long-awaited visit to Nike took place in the lead-up to the 2003 NBA draft lottery. The Cleveland Cavaliers would win the top selection and effectively earn the right to acquire the local phenom. To sign a young James to his first sneaker deal, Nike had to come correct.

lebron nike shoes “It was the single greatest plan I’ve ever seen put together,” said E. Scott Morris, then a senior footwear designer for the Nike Basketball division. The night before James and his camp — including his mother, Gloria James, his best friend, Maverick Carter, and his agent, Aaron Goodwin — stepped foot onto Nike’s campus, Morris got a sneak peek. Countless hours of research went into the presentation. It took hundreds of people to bring it to life.

nike lebron 15 The gradual rollout of Nike’s extensive “Art Of A Champion” pack has continued through the NBA Playoffs, and now it’s LeBron James‘s turn to join the ranks with his special-edition “25 Straight” Zoom Soldier. Why a Zoom Soldier? The shoe was worn during James’s memorable 2007 performance against the Detroit Pistons in Game 5 of the ECF where a young King James dominated, scoring 25 points in a row in a double OT-thriller to salt both the game and the series away, earning his first trip to the NBA Finals in the process. The shoe features a white leather upper, with the Soldier’s tongue, collar, and signature midfoot/heel straps arriving in a rich navy blue. Gold LeBron branding adorns the tongue, heel strap, and midfoot shank while a large white Swoosh appears on the midfoot strap. Cushioning is provided by heel and forefoot Zoom Air while a white herringbone outsole pattern offers optimal traction, and the commemorative shoe is completed with “Think 16” branding on the inner tongue and the gold Larry O’Brien trophy hangtag that’s become synonymous with the pack. Want to pay tribute to one of the King’s greatest playoff accomplishments? You can look for these commemorative Nike shoes to arrive at retailers like Sneaker Politics May 31st.

nike lebron 15 ghost Last week, we had a first look at the John Elliott x Nike LeBron Icon model in all-white as well as a teaser of the black/white colorway on King James himself. This time, we get a closer look at the upcoming model in black/white, courtesy of Nike Basketball‘s Tim Day.

lebron nike zoom The three-way Nike, John Elliott and LeBron James model takes cues from the LeBron 8, featuring a multi-texture mesh upper, a leather tongue tab, embroidered detailing in black, a full-length Air Max sole unit, and an icy outsole. The close-up shots give a good look at the upper’s intricate design, which features several layers of black and translucent grey accents.

lebron 15 nike id The John Elliot x Nike LeBron Icon is expected to drop this summer as part of a larger John Elliott x Nike LeBron collection. Stay tuned for official release details and share your thoughts in the comments below. In the meantime, check out A$AP Rocky’s new Under Armour sneaker.

nike lebron 14 With his back against the wall as the Cavs face a 0-1 deficit in the Eastern Conference Finals, LeBron James is taking it back to where it all started for tonight’s Game 2 with a Nike LeBron 15 inspired by his Air Zoom Generation “SVSM” PE.

nike lebron 13 The sneakers follow the theme of the St. Vincent-St. Mary-colored Air Zoom Generation, which is due to release to the public for the first time ever later this month. Transferring its colors to the LeBron 15, the old-meets-new makeup features a Battleknit upper in white and green with gold accents on the Swoosh, heel clip, and Air bag.

Nike hasn’t mentioned the #LeBronWatch campaign much during the playoffs, so don’t expect this pair to see a release.

nike lebron 10 The story attached to the sneaker makes it the ideal style from James to be featured in the “Art of a Champion” lineup. The baller, during Game 5 of the 2007 Eastern Conference Finals, scored 29 of the the final 30 points for the Cleveland Cavaliers, including 25 straight, leading his squad over the Detroit Pistons. The Cavs would ultimately win the series, and James would make his first-ever NBA Finals appearance against the San Antonio Spurs.

nike lebron soldier 11 The sneakers are predominantly white and navy, and boast gold accents throughout the upper. To signify it is part of the “Art of a Champion” collection, Nike put 16 tally marks on the insole, representing the number of playoffs wins it takes to win an NBA title.

lebron james shoes Arguably one of LeBron’s best signature model, the Nike LeBron 8, we now take a look at one of the rarest versions of the popular silhouette. This SVSM edition of the shoe came in two exclusive color options, “Home” and “Away.”

nike basketball shoes Focusing on the “Away” pair, the shoe was dressed in a Forest Green, White, and Vegas Gold color scheme. It came highlighted with a speckled midsole and “IRISH” text on the heels.

Unfortunately, Nike didn’t release these to the public and kept them exclusively for the players at St. Vincent St. Mary High School.

nike lebron soldier xi Had a sort of love hate relationship with these. I’m a casual aging hooper, and I started playing in the Ashes with the solid rubber outsole and absolutely hated how the traction handled on poorly maintained courts. The cushion and support felt great, but the traction really made the overall experience bittersweet for me. I later switched it up with the Ghost colorway I was hanging onto and was surprised how much better the translucent outsole handled on the various court conditions I play on. Usually, it’s the translucent soles on Nike basketball models that perform the worst, but this ended up working the other way around for me and I’ve loved playing in the Ghosts ever since. The only thing I’d change on this shoe for performance would be to add a more pronounced forefoot outrigger. I didn’t feel unstable, but there were times where the shoe felt a little tippy. Nothing major, it just required me to change how I played a little. I loved that they made these as low to the ground as possible w/ the max zoom setup. With the LBJ10, I felt like the ride was a little too high and stiff, but these feel great in terms of transition and flexibility.

nike lebron 14 This shoe is amazingly comfortable. the traction is good, but minimal wiping will be necessary. The ankle support is decent, despite it being Battleknit. The Battleknit is nice and plush, making you feel like the shoe conforms to your foot. The durability is great, and it doesn’t crease. The Zoom units are amazing, with the filon on top. The lacing system is great, making you feel locked down. They also have the great heel-to-toe transition, making you feel like you are moving seamlessly across your foot. When cutting, your foot may slide out of the foot bed slightly, but all you have to do is tighten the laces. This shoe also has some great ventilation, so I don’t get too many blisters. There are also some great Achilles pillows. This shoe does seem to run large, so I was able to go down a full size. The width is perfect, allowing you to feel completely attached and comfortable to the shoe. This shoe does seem to feel heavy in your hand, but on foot, it doesn’t feel too heavy.

nike lebron james jersey I decided I would buy a pair of these as soon as I saw the cushioning setup. It’s amazing. Probably right up there with my favorite shoes ever in terms of comfort and cushioning. As you can see, these shoes have a ridiculously thick airbag that gives amazing cushioning. The problem with these shoes is the lack of ankle support. They’re essentially low-tops since the sleeve that covers your ankle is just a stretchy mesh fabric. I’ve had a serious high ankle sprain to each of my ankles while wearing these, in part because they’re low-tops, and partly because of how thick the cushioning setup is; if/when your ankle rolls, it rolls further because of how thick the midsole is. I truly loved playing in these shoes and really enjoyed the cushioning, until i landed on people’s feet. I’ve been rehabbing my ankles ever since.

nike lebron xiv Bought these to a ball in and wear around town/work. Liked the black/black because I felt it was a little less flashy than the other styles with clear zoom units. I have a wide foot and would have gotten 12.5 if they had it, but got the 13 and it might be a tad long but I didn’t mind, even playing pretty aggressive pickup at the gym. The support and traction are good, tough I did feel a little more explosive/dynamic in my hyperdunk 2017’s. I’ll probably use these more for work/socializing but break them out for casual playing and lifting, just cause they are so dang comfy.

basketball shoes I’ve tried on probably 20 or 30 different basketball shoes all with the same problem of being to narrow. Yet these are perfect, wide enough for my feet, one of the most comfortable shoes I own with the Max and Zoom Air combo. I play ball once a week with no pain at all. The grip at first may feel like it’s lacking but the more you play in them the better the shoe grips and feels on the court. I can’t say enough about the Lebron 15 greatest basketball shoe to have come out from Nike in years.

nike lebron 15 shoes This is overall a great shoe. It looks and feels great great. The only two flaws, in my opinion, are the ankle support and the traction. There isnt much ankle support since there is such a thin fabric. The horizontal traction is great but there is no traction going vertically. When I make a quick stop going sideways I seem to slide a bit. But everything else is great.

nike lebron 11 These are my first pair of Lebron’s (outside of the soldier line) and I’m very happy with them. The cushion is awesome along with the materials. I have a narrow foot and was able to go down a full size. Their bulkier than I prefer, but don’t feel heavy on foot. They feel great and perform very well for basketball and athletic training. I even wear them casually.

nike lebron soldier 11 Surprisingly a little big/wide for a LeBron, which has been a tad snug the last couple of years leading up to the 14. The cushion in this shoe is BANANAS! The battleknit feels really durable. A lot easier to put on, and once you get it on the shoe is really SNUG. Doesnt feels like its a lot of ankle support, but for the shoe to technically be a low(dont be fooled by the collar), I dont feel like Im going to roll out of it. Cant wait to see the other colorways coming. Definitely, recommend these

nike lebron 15 low Light, comfy, good looking but…The platform is too high for a guard, you could easily roll your foot/ankle – this is another big man shoe from LBJ line. For years, the Soldier has been a better shoe for the average size player. That said, you could literally make this a jogging or running shoe. It’s so light and comfy, its amazing for walking around. Hoopwise, its a post player’s shoe.

nike lebron 14 low This time around the shoes are far lighter(thanks to the BattleKnit technology) and with even better cushioning(BattleMax) without sacrificing court feel and responsiveness. A problem that I had with the previous LeBrons were dead space that led to painful wearing. However, I am glad to say that the XV fits like a glove! If you wear an 11, get an 11! Did I mention that there are zero breaks in time?

nike kyrie 4 With all due respect to the big baller, but I’d question whether he’s even tried these on. The cushion of the new zoom max air on these is amazing. It’s springy and responsive and the battle knit on the upper is supportive but soft and supple at the same time. Just a great job by Nike on these.

nike lebron soldier The Lebron signature line has been hit or miss for me over the years. The 14s were a big step up and the 15s this year take it to another level. The show is incredibly comfortable form the sole to the battleknit bootie. I love the look and feel of the shoe. Great for basketball and stylish enough for casual wear.

nike lebron james These shoes are very comfortable but my feet are wide so they run a half size small. So instead of wearing a size 10.5, i would recommend a size 11. The traction on these shoes are so good probably the best shoe i have worn in a very long time. Even though these shoes are a little heavier then the kyrie and durant it makes up for it by securing your ankle

nike shoes Shoes are lite weight and breathable but need more traction. I feel like the shoes do not have that ” sticky bottom” new shoe feel on the court. Also, a little bit higher than I would like, but I knew that when purchasing. All in all – a good everyday basketball shoe, but not LeBron’s best.

nike lebron 15s As usual from nike a great shoe! I own 13 pairs of nike shoes from airmax to vapormax to lebrons. My 15’s are my favorite! Super comfy! Could wear all day easy! Solid fit love, the sturdy support, and quality are flawless! Buy these shoes!

nike lebron soldier 11 I just got the kyrie 4’s and i noticed that they have better ankle support then the 15’s. I pop more threes with lebrons tho. When im wearing the 15’s i need an ankle sleve for protection i rolled my ankle twice before then i got an ankle sleeve.

nike lebron 11 WELP nike does have design excellence after all without relying on retros. a beautiful shoe, super comfortable and incredible cushion. one of my favorites. I agree with the above about an ankle roll vs the soldier which fit like gloves but this is all new battle knit construction and it’s very well done. runs true to size. makes the 14’s look like they are twenty years old.

nike lebron xiv Just picked these up today at footlocker in the Belden Village mall in Canton Ohio and as soon as I put them on I was like the people who write the reviews saying there uncomfortable must have beef with LeBron or something because they are one of the most comfortable shoes on the market and I don’t even like the Cavs I’m an OKC fan so take it from someone who’s not a CAVS fan even slight these are one of the best shoes on the market

nike lebron 15 ive been wearing many basketball shoes and this one is by far the best shoe ive worn. Great cushioning for bigger people as well as for those with injuries. if you are a big guy looking for some explosive shoes and dont mind the lack of ankle support then these are for you!

nike lebrons 15 Absolutely Phenomenal shoe! The cushion is responsive and bouncy but has great impact protection. If you want a shoe that you can feel the cushion in go with this. Better than Crazy Explosive!

nike vapormax Had a sort of love hate relationship with these. nike hyperdunk 2017 I bought this for my 5 year old son who just started playing basketball. He has fine motor issues and gets frustrated easily trying to tie his shoes. These were the only Nike basketball shoes I could find that had velcro straps, so I thought we found a great shoe for him. Right away I noticed the second strap from the top seemed to come undone with nothing more than him just walking around. I chalked it up to him not being able to pull on the straps hard, so I tried pulling them tight and securing them down. Nope. Still keeps coming undone and he’s even stumbled because he’ll step on the loose strap with his other foot. Mind you, this isn’t even when he’s playing basketball! I’m hoping I can return these and get a full refund. This is the second, yes second pair I’ve bought him thinking it was just a glitch in the first pair.

nike lebron basketball I am beyond disappointed in these shoes. I bought 2 pairs, one for each of my boys for their upcoming bball season. They never wear them outside and use them for practice and games, 2x’s a week. I noticed immediately, that my youngest’s would not stay latched. Not long after, my oldest’s were doing the same. Now both top 2 straps on BOTH shoes will NOT stay on. We have cleaned them, although they were never really dirty, to begin with. Nothing works. They spend all game bent over, fixing them.

nike lebron soldier 10 flyease If you look around online, you’ll see most people have the same issue. The velcro straps come undone after a week. My son wore these 3 times for basketball. The third time the ref took him out due to the straps coming undone while running. I returned these for another style shoe. FYI-I received a hard time about returning them since he did wear them. Apparently, they can sell defective shoes, but not take them back. I was advised to contact Nike. Now, If I buy them at footlocker, they are responsible. Bad Shoe- Trust me, don’t buy these.

lebron 15 nike In theory, these were supposed to be the perfect basketball shoe. Unfortunately, the design and execution of this product sort of defeats it’s purpose. I bought these to avoid my son having to hold up a basketball game because his shoe was untied. Well, too bad the velcro straps don’t hold. They constantly came undone and were flopping around. 2 games and 2 practices later I bought him different shoes out of frustration making these a waste of money. For the retail price, I paid I definitely did not get my monies worth. These are now going to use very little. That is not what these were intended for…these were supposed to last the entire season. Not 2 games… for 4 times worn total… No good.

nike lebron 15 release date Son plays high level competitive. basketball daily plays indoors. The middle strap is constantly coming undone and is always on one knee during play to restrap. The soldier 10’s weren’t like that. Also, the footbed liner started to fall apart. Thinking this was a one time, defective issue, just paid for another set while I returned the 1 month old set. Newly arrived pair? SAME THING!Don’t buy if you are playing basketball.

lebron nike shoes These are my 3rd pair of soldiers for my twin boys. At first, they had black, then camo sets, and now these in red and blue. The straps have mangled through west and and tear on all of them, but with the latest, it seemed moreso. The middlecstraps out of the 4 don’t have enough reach/are long enough. I love the brand, so please tweak this so I can buy another2 pair. Thanks!

nike lebron 15 Like a prior review, I can vouch that the velcro straps eventually don’t stick after a few weeks. My kid has to constatly fix the strap during the game. It’s pretty much useless. My kid plays competitively at the youth level, and it stopped working after about 6 games. Parents, save your money.

nike lebron 15 ghost My son had the Soldier 10s and loved them. With the Soldier 11s, they added an extra velcro strap and the one that goes across the ankle will not stay closed. They flap around, making the shoe unwearable. If you read other reviews of this version you will find the same issue.

lebron nike zoom Our 5 year old is very actively into sports and loved these shoes. Unfortunately, they have only lasted 2 weeks before the velcro has stopped sticking-no matter how many times I have cleaned it. So my son can’t wear the shoes unless he wants to keep reattaching the velcro with every step taken. So much for these being his favorite shoe. Fix the velcro issue…design and everything else is hands down amazing.

lebron 15 nike id Wish I had read these reviews prior to buying these. They got so dirty the first few days after my son wore them and after a few weeks, sure enough, the middle straps won’t stay Velcroed. Very disappointing for the price that I paid and they didn’t last but a few weeks. Wish I could get a refund. Don’t buy!

nike lebron 14 This review is based on the military green gum bottom editionPutting the shoe on:Similar to the KD 9 the opening is a little narrow so youre better off sitting down, sliding the front of your foot in, then pulling on the back tab. Not a deal breaker, but could probably be easier considering the shoe has 4 straps to lock it down.Traction:In terms of the gum bottom edition it’s a beast. It bites hard on my wooden floors at home. I was very impressed after hearing mixed reviews on the clear bottoms. To me this is really the most important aspect when playing. The pattern reminds me Jorahs scales on GOT, anyway it works. If the shoe don’t bite, you can’t take flight. wow trademark me on that.Support:The Straps can lock you in well and you can adjust tightness accordingly. You can put the straps under the middle piece of material if you prefer to lock the shoe tighter. There’s an outrigger looking piece on the lateral side but it doesn’t do much bc the shoe is pretty narrow, but again if you have a narrow foot this is a non issue. Shape wise I’d compare it to the superfly jordan models. The top strap wraps over your ankle so it feels like more of a mid. Not as high as say a hyperdunk 2016 but again it’s all based on your preference.Fit:True to size. I have about a thumbnail of space from the front which i like. Your foot probably won’t move much if you pull the straps tight. I had to go 1/2 size up on the soldier 8 and the 9 was pretty close to the end but these are just about right, I can’t speak for the 10 though I never got that one. Again you will likely want to try these on if you have wide feet, although I have a friend who is a wide footer and he went true to size so you might be good.Cushion:The heel and forefoot cushioning protrudes slightly on these models like flight speed. It’s more a responsive feel compared to the soldier 9 that had a more plush feeling. Frankly I don’t see the relevance of the protrusion unless the give on impact was very noticeable to give the bounce effect. If anything it just makes the shoe psychologically more “tippy”, but I wouldn’t say it’s enough to be a deal breaker. Again, I’m not lebron putting 260 lbs of compression on the pods.Overall:I don’t have a scale for literal reference but this model plays lighter than the 2 previous soldiers with more aerodynamic feel. If you have a narrow foot and play guard or wing you will likely enjoy this shoe. Bigs might want something with a wider base so try it on first. The traction on my model was very good, so to me the shoe is worth getting. It’s not a super plush cushion but you do get adequate cushioning and response.

nike lebron 13 Took a bit to break in, at first I wasnt a fan. I think that the pylon is denser then some other current stuff thats out, the first 4 or 5 times I played in these they just didnt feel right. Couldnt really feel the zoom and even the lockdown wasnt too good, felt either too loose or too tight no matter how I adjusted the straps. Traction was there though, and I have a translucent sole. After a longer break in then most though, these are beastly. Support, cushion, traction, and lockdown are all good, and I dont have to worry about a thing when Im playing now. Very nice shoe

nike lebron 10 Way better than the Soldier X. Great fit and lock down. Traction and cushioning are excellent. My only gripe is that I haven’t worn it to play a game yet and I have torn at some seams. I’ve only used them to coach and shoot around the gym. Both are on the right shoe. One tear is on the outside where the weave meets the open mesh, on the medial mid foot. The weave is starting to unravel. The other is on the inside collar. Other than those issues, its a great shoe. I don’t know about durability wise tho.

nike lebron soldier 11 I was very dissapointed with this sneakers. None of the previous reviews helped. The first difficulty was trying to get your foot in the sneakers. I have never had such difficulty inmy life. By the time i got my feet in the sneakers after a min, it felt as if i already strain the right size on my feet. Im very dissapointed in this product. If you were to get injured be prepared to have them saw this shoes off your feet. I ready to throw this i the garbage!

lebron james shoes First thought this will be too snug for wilder feet. But it turns out to be just fine after the first game. Put on the shoe is a little bit hard at first, but after break in it will be fine. Great traction didnt catch any dust in 2 hours, no wiping needed. Support and lock down are supreme. The cushion is stiffer compared to my air Jordan 31 but is adequate for the normal player. Overall its a very satisfying product.

nike basketball shoes Missed out on the Soldier 10 so I initially thought the 11s were an advancement in looks. A shoe is true to size unlike most LeBron’s where you have to go a half size up. Although the shoe is narrow, the material can stretch for people with wider feet like myself. The soles of the shoe are very comfortable & the straps give the whole foot support without being too tight.

nike lebron soldier xi I bought the Red and White pair and they don’t get their justice in the pictures, they look great and respond like a beast on a court and on concrete! I’ve had them for about a week and have worn them about everyday and they are amazingly comfy and have amazing lockdown! I definitely recommend this product!

nike lebron 14 Unboxing was like handling a new iPhone. Just an amazing design, little snug to put on at first but got the hang of it. Comfort! Comfort! Comfort! Can wear these all day. Instantly my favorite pair ever had.

Felt great but coming apart already. Logos inside shoes like stickers wonder if they are real or knock offs. Played one game and rub off logos on insoles just peeled away.

nike lebron james jersey These are solid shoes. If your a quick guard these might not be for you. They are comfortable and with the straps fit snug like a sock. I’d buy another pair. Also, they look great off and on the court!

nike lebron xiv Had a sort of love hate relationship with these. With the LBJ10, I felt like the ride was a little too high and stiff, but these feel great in terms of transition and flexibility.

basketball shoes This shoe is amazingly comfortable. the traction is good, but minimal wiping will be necessary. This shoe does seem to feel heavy in your hand, but on foot, it doesn’t feel too heavy.

nike lebron 15 shoes I decided I would buy a pair of these as soon as I saw the cushioning setup. I’ve been rehabbing my ankles ever since.

nike lebron 11 Bought these to a ball in and wear around town/work. I’ll probably use these more for work/socializing but break them out for casual playing and lifting, just cause they are so dang comfy.

nike lebron soldier 11 I’ve tried on probably 20 or 30 different basketball shoes all with the same problem of being to narrow. Yet these are perfect, wide enough for my feet, one of the most comfortable shoes I own with the Max and Zoom Air combo. I play ball once a week with no pain at all. The grip at first may feel like it’s lacking but the more you play in them the better the shoe grips and feels on the court. I can’t say enough about the Lebron 15 greatest basketball shoe to have come out from Nike in years.

nike lebron 15 low This is overall a great shoe. It looks and feels great great. The only two flaws, in my opinion, are the ankle support and the traction. There isnt much ankle support since there is such a thin fabric. The horizontal traction is great but there is no traction going vertically. When I make a quick stop going sideways I seem to slide a bit. But everything else is great.

nike lebron 14 low These are my first pair of Lebron’s (outside of the soldier line) and I’m very happy with them. The cushion is awesome along with the materials. I have a narrow foot and was able to go down a full size. Their bulkier than I prefer, but don’t feel heavy on foot. They feel great and perform very well for basketball and athletic training. I even wear them casually.

nike kyrie 4 Surprisingly a little big/wide for a LeBron, which has been a tad snug the last couple of years leading up to the 14. The cushion in this shoe is BANANAS! The battleknit feels really durable. A lot easier to put on, and once you get it on the shoe is really SNUG. Doesnt feels like it a lot of ankle support, but for the shoe to technically be a low(dont be fooled by the collar), I dont feel like Im going to roll out of it. Cant wait to see the other colorways coming. Definitely, recommend these

nike lebron soldier Light, comfy, good looking but…The platform is too high for a guard, you could easily roll your foot/ankle – this is another big man shoe from LBJ line. For years, the Soldier has been a better shoe for the average size player. That said, you could literally make this a jogging or running shoe. It’s so light and comfy, its amazing for walking around. Hoopwise, its a post player’s shoe.

nike lebron james This time around the shoes are far lighter(thanks to the BattleKnit technology) and with even better cushioning(BattleMax) without sacrificing court feel and responsiveness. A problem that I had with the previous LeBrons were dead space that led to painful wearing. However, I am glad to say that the XV fits like a glove! If you wear an 11, get an 11! Did I mention that there are zero breaks in time?
